HSK Tool Changer Alignment Gauges

The tool changer alignment gauge is used to check automatic tool changer positioning between the gripper arm, magazine, and the spindle. Improper alignment can result in abnormal wear on the spindle interface, tool changer, and tool holder. In addition, misclamping and dropped tools can also occur.

The gauge checks axial alignment using pin (1) and radial alignment using pin (2).
