Description
The tool changer alignment tool is used to check automatic tool changer positioning between the gripper arm, magazine, and the spindle. Improper alignment can result in abnormal wear on the spindle interface, mis-clamping, dropped tools, etc. The tool checks axial alignment using pin (1) and radial alignment using pin (2).
